Refund policy
What can be returned?
We will happily exchange or refund the purchase price of any item you return to us. We just ask you return garments in the condition they were sent to you:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- No odours or marks including deodorant, perfume and makeup
- No pet hair
- Original tags attached
If an item does not satisfy the above requirements it will be returned to you.
Return postage costs are at the responsibility of the sender.
If you would like an exchange we will cover the cost of sending the new item to you.
How long to process returns?We aim to process returns within two days of receiving the return parcel to our warehouse. You will receive an email when your return is being processed.
Faulty items?If you believe your garment is faulty please take a picture of the fault and email to [email protected] with a description. If your garment is deemed faulty we will send a replacement to you.
